The Presidency of the Two Holy Mosques Provides Quality Services for Worshippers

The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has been providing several quality services for the comfort of Umrah performers and visitors, it was reported today.
Among the services extended Friday, for example, 2,300 brochures were distributed, digital guidance was provided to 22,000 people, and 123,000 were helped while performing the rituals.
According to a report issued by the Presidency, some 2,550 people benefited from help while circumambulating; on the other hand, 130,000 litres of disinfectant were consumed, 2,560 litres of perfume sprayed, 32,600 litres of carpet sterilisers and 2,550 litres of hand antiseptics were used, robots used 2,800 litres of sterilisers to clean various items, 2,800 litres of biocare were used to sterilise other items, and 32,500 litres of sterilisers were used to clean different surfaces.
As many as 34,667 people benefited from services offered by volunteers, 1,000 earphones were distributed to listeners wishing to have the Friday sermon interpreted into their languages, and 525 wrist bands were given to young visitors.
Moreover, 32,817 worshipers in need to be shown directions were offered guidance in several languages, and 1,956 benefited from other humanitarian and social services.
