Islamic Affairs Minister Receives Former Egyptian Minister of Endowments in Mina

Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh received former Minister of Endowments of the Arab Republic of Egypt Dr. Mohammed Mokhtar Gomaa yesterday at the ministry’s headquarters in Mina. Dr. Gomaa is a guest of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visitation, implemented by the ministry.

 During the meeting, Minister Al Al-Sheikh welcomed Dr. Gomaa and prayed for his Hajj to be accepted and his efforts to be rewarded.

 Dr. Gomaa praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its considerable efforts in serving Islam and Muslims, caring for the two holy mosques, and facilitating the performance of Hajj for pilgrims. He prayed for continued success of the Kingdom’s leadership.

 He stated, "The Kingdom's generous hospitality, warm reception, and facilitation of Hajj rituals reflect the authenticity of this blessed country and its wise leadership." He also remarked that being hosted under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Hajj Program is a gracious gesture that has left a deep impression on him and other guests, embodying the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting Islamic work and strengthening the bonds of brotherhood among Muslim nations.

 Dr. Gomaa concluded by expressing pride in the strong fraternal relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, wishing the Kingdom ongoing security, stability, and prosperity, and praying that its leadership be rewarded for their service to Islam and Muslims.
