Almana Hospitals wins Excellence in Patient Accessibility Award and two awards from the Council of Health Insurance during a global health event in Riyadh
Almana Group of Hospitals has achieved a new milestone by winning the “Excellence in Patient Accessibility” Award, granted by “BII Health” Company during the 5th Annual Patient Experience Excellence Congress held in Riyadh.
Almana Group of Hospitals also received two awards: The Most Innovative Solution/Improvement Award and The Highest Percentage of Improvement (Outcomes) Award of the Health Insurance Council, in recognition of its efforts to raise the level of patient satisfaction in the Kingdom, per the national project that aims to improve the Kingdom’s index in patient experience in outpatient clinics in the private sector, with the participation of 17 hospitals.
Yousef Al-Qahtani, Manager of Patient Experience at Almana Group of Hospitals, received the three awards on behalf of the CEO, Mana Almana.
The achievement comes in appreciation of Almana Hospitals' dedication to developing its health services and improving patients’ experience by adopting innovative and comprehensive standards that enhance access to health services for all.

The 5th Annual Patient Experience Excellence Congress is a global platform for sharing knowledge and expertise and showcasing innovative initiatives to improve patient experience. The annual conference was held under the theme “2024 Emerging as the Year of Patient Experience” in collaboration with the US-based Beryl Institute.
This year’s event brought together a group of global leaders and healthcare professionals who presented new insights into how healthcare services can be developed to meet the aspirations of patients worldwide.
