Al-Rajhi Takes Early Lead in Qassim Baja Toyota
The first stage of the 2025 Qassim Baja Toyota, organized by the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation in cooperation with the Ministry of Sport, the Qassim Principality, and the Qassim Municipality, kicked off yesterday. The stage was a demanding test of endurance, covering a total of 459 kilometers, which included 273 kilometers of timed sections.
Saudi driver Yazeed Al-Rajhi and his co-driver Timo Gottschalk secured a decisive first place in the Ultimate P category. They finished the challenging stage in two hours, 22 minutes, and 31 seconds, eight minutes and 23 seconds ahead of second-place finisher Dania Akeel, who clocked a time of two hours, 30 minutes, and 54 seconds.
Czech driver Miroslav Zapletal finished third with a time of two hours, 32 minutes, and 19 seconds.
