
Culinary Arts Commission Launches Incubator Initiative to Support Talented Chefs
The Culinary Arts Commission will host the sixth edition of "Kawn" – the Culinary Arts Incubator Program– from April 8 to May 28, aiming to develop culinary capabilities through comprehensive support for talented chefs in the food and beverage sector.
The incubator features three main components: the Kawn Culinary Arts Incubator, which will host 20 startups during the incubation stage; the Chefs Challenge, a five-hour competition for eight chefs; and the Kawn Lab, which offers specialized training in foundational business skills for the sector.
Eligibility for the program requires applicants to be Saudi citizens or residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at least 18 years old, and passionate about culinary arts.
