SPL President Attends Universal Postal Congress, Signs Agreement with Morocco Office

Saudi Post (SPL) President Anef Abanomi is participating in the 28th Universal Postal Congress in Dubai, UAE, from September 8 to 19, 2025, where representatives from 192 countries discuss the future of the postal sector and its role in sustainable development.

 On the sidelines of the congress, Abanomi has held several bilateral meetings with key postal leaders to explore cooperation in areas such as postal innovation, parcel services, digital transformation, and sustainability. Discussions also focused on exchanging expertise to accelerate technological advancements in the postal sector.

 As part of these efforts, SPL signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Morocco Post Office to provide postal services for pilgrims and Umrah performers and to develop the exchange of postal products using modern technologies. This memorandum underscores SPL's commitment to expanding its regional and international partnerships to enhance integration in postal services.
