
Interior Minister Visits Kuwait Coast Guard Headquarters
Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz visited the General Administration of the Coast Guard at Sabah Al-Ahmad Naval Base in the State of Kuwait today.
Upon arrival, Prince Abdulaziz was received by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah.
During the visit, the interior minister received a briefing from Director General of Kuwait Coast Guard Brigadier General Sheikh Mubarak Ali Al-Sabah, who outlined the administration’s missions, operational mechanisms, and the latest technical equipment and technologies in use.
Prince Abdulaziz was also briefed on the key tasks and achievements of the Kuwaiti Coast Guard, including advanced security systems, equipment, and capabilities deployed to protect territorial waters. Additionally, he reviewed the operations room and the command and control center responsible for managing field operations.
At the end of the tour, Prince Abdulaziz praised the Kuwaiti Coast Guard’s progress in performance, technical systems, and operational capabilities, wishing them continued success and further advancement.
