Pilgrims Complete Arrival at Mina
Pilgrims have completed their arrival at Mina to spend the Day of Tarwiyah, amid a spiritual atmosphere and integrated services provided by the relevant authorities as part of an operational and organizational system aimed at facilitating pilgrims’ movement and ensuring their comfort and safety.
The entrances to Mina witnessed a high level of crowd-flow efficiency, with field monitoring by various security, health, and service sectors, which mobilized their capabilities to receive pilgrims and provide them with the necessary care from the moment they arrived at the designated camps.
The Day of Tarwiyah is considered a key stage in the Hajj rituals, during which pilgrims head to Mina to spend the night there in keeping with the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), before proceeding at dawn on the ninth of Dhu Al-Hijjah to the plains of Arafat to perform the greatest pillar of Hajj.
