Jazan University Achieves Milestones in Education, Research, and Innovation

Between September 2025 and September 2026, Jazan University achieved a series of milestones in education, research, and innovation, reflecting its growing role in developing national talent and advancing higher education.

 Coinciding with Saudi National Day, these achievements highlight the Kingdom’s investment in human capital and its support for university excellence.

 Jazan University was ranked among the top 14 Saudi universities in the 2026 ShanghaiRanking, placing in the 901–1000 band globally. It also ranked 59th in the Arab world in the Times Higher Education Arab University Rankings and was placed in the 301–350 band among Asian universities.

 The university recorded notable research and innovation achievements, including publications in international scientific journals and awards received by faculty members and researchers in medicine, pharmacy, engineering, and the sciences. It also earned awards for research presentations at international conferences and won gold and silver medals, along with certificates of merit, at the 2026 Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions.

 These accomplishments reflect the impact of the Kingdom’s investment in education, research, innovation, and human capital development.
