
Tawakkalna App Now Offers Access to Digital Government Services Worldwide
The unified national application Tawakkalna has now enabled users to access its digital government services from around the world, in a new major step. This development aims to streamline further access to over 1,000 services provided by various government entities, reinforcing Saudi Arabia's digital transformation efforts in line with Vision 2030 and enhancing the Kingdom's position as a global leader in digital service delivery through a unified national platform.
Tawakkalna provides diverse services to a wide range of users, including citizens, residents, and visitors, offering digital access to official documents such as passports, national IDs, and work cards. For international pilgrims, the app also offers educational features and tools to navigate services related to Umrah, including permit viewing, service guidance, crowd density updates, and optimal visiting times for the Two Holy Mosques and the Noble Rawdah. Umrah pilgrims can also book permits while still in their home countries before traveling to the Kingdom.
As a fully integrated digital platform, Tawakkalna has significantly improved the quality of life by facilitating easy access to government services across critical sectors, including education, healthcare, justice, tourism, and entertainment. It also offers a wide array of features that help save users time and effort through a highly reliable, technologically advanced interface. Tawakkalna currently serves more than 34 million users, with over one million active users daily.
