Ashraqat Recognized at the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025
Ashraqat, dedicated to enhancing the experience of pilgrims, proudly secured two prestigious awards during the fourth edition of the 2025 Hajj Conference and Exhibition, recently held at Jeddah Superdome.
The organization was honored with the Excellence Award for having one of the best booths among private sector exhibitors, as well as the Best Media Coverage Award at the exhibition. The accolades were presented by Dr. Abdulfattah Suleiman Mashat, Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, to Ashraqat's Chairman, Mr. Muhammed bin Hassan Majini, in a ceremony attended by Vice President Mr. Muawafiq Khoja and CEO Eng. Muhammad Badugaish.
As the strategic sponsor, Ashraqat, along with its affiliates Ekram Aldyf and Rehlat w Manafe, successfully forged partnerships with 14 pilgrimage and tourism offices, and entered into 12 marketing agreements aimed at serving over 350,000 pilgrims for the upcoming Hajj season of 1446 AH.
The company’s booth attracted an impressive 27,000 visitors, supported by a dedicated team of over 200 staff members trained to showcase their services and initiatives. Throughout the event, Ashraqat and its subsidiaries engaged in nearly 50 memoranda of cooperation with government entities, working collaboratively to elevate the level of services provided to pilgrims. They also hosted 27 workshops and over 171 meetings aimed at enhancing awareness and collaboration with Hajj Affairs Offices and various operational entities.
Notably, Ashraqat spotlighted several innovative initiatives and development projects designed to improve the overall experience for the guests of Allah. One of the highlights included a remarkable entry into the Guinness Book of Records through its subsidiary, Rehlat w Manfe, recognized for establishing the largest residential camp by cumulative area.
In addition to these accomplishments, Ashraqat launched a new division for Umrah services titled "Ashraqat Pioneers," as well as a direct-to-consumer Hajj service through Ekram Aldyf company. The event also featured the release of a special edition of AlNusuk magazine, Ashraqat podcast, and the results of the "Hajj Chefs" competition—known as the "Feedthon" This culinary contest saw participation from over 200 Saudi chefs, culminating in 30 finalists who will provide meals for pilgrims during the forthcoming Hajj season.
Moreover, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah acknowledged Ashraqat's outstanding achievements by featuring a special mural commemorating its receipt of the 2024 Innovators Award for the "Rawaa Initiative", which focuses on enrichment programs within the Hajj sector.
Mr. Muhammed bin Hassan Majini expressed his gratitude for the recognition, crediting the awards to the collective efforts of Ashraqat team. He emphasized that their participation in this prominent international event serves not only to celebrate past achievements but also to unveil future initiatives that aim to modernize Hajj and Umrah services through cutting-edge technologies and AI, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. He also announced the company's recent achievements, including the acquisition of three esteemed ISO certifications, notably the ISO 22301 certification, distinguishing Ashraqat as the first organization in the realm of pilgrimage services to earn this global accolade for its commitment to business continuity and the provision of sustainable, high-end services.
