Community Donations Fully Fund First Approved Greening Project on Ehsan Platform

The National Greening Program, in cooperation with the Ehsan charitable platform, announced the successful funding completion of its first approved opportunity to combat desertification, which is dedicated to supporting tree planting and valley rehabilitation initiatives across Aseer Region.

 Drawing remarkable community engagement that led to the complete funding closure of the project, this rapid response reflects a growing public environmental awareness and a strong spirit of community participation aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 goals.

 The National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification and the Ehsan platform previously signed a cooperation agreement to boost charitable environmental work. The partnership aims to secure a sustainable environmental and financial impact while creating local job opportunities for citizens.
