“Al Riyadh Daily” spoke with Eng. Mohammed Aldousari, General Manager at “Proven Solution”

- Could you tell us about your involvement in LEAP this year?

Our participation in LEAP has become somewhat of a tradition for us, with this being our third consecutive year. Since our debut in 2022, we've found it to be a strategic and fruitful decision, garnering positive feedback on the technologies and solutions we showcase at this premier exhibition.

- What sets LEAP apart from other events and exhibitions in Saudi Arabia?

LEAP is particularly significant for us as it provides a platform to showcase our innovations on an international stage. We're particularly proud to be part of LEAP 2024 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

This year, we anticipate even greater organisational excellence, enhancing our ability to spotlight our technological solutions. Given our Saudi roots, participation in this esteemed event is integral to our company's presence and growth.

- Could you provide insights into Proven Solution and the range of services you offer?

Established in 2020, Proven Solution is a leading Saudi company headquartered in Riyadh, with branches in the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, India, the US, and Canada. Our core mission revolves around harmonising technology with humanity to shape a progressive future. Specialising in AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), and robotics, we deliver cutting-edge solutions across various sectors.

Our smart solutions encompass diverse fields, including AI, service robotics, and augmented & virtual reality. Notably, Saudi Arabia has been an early adopter of these solutions, leveraging them across airports, hospitals, public spaces, and educational institutions.

-Which sectors do you primarily serve, and who are some of your prominent partners?

Our focus primarily lies in robotics. We boast a line-up of approximately seven robots, each tailored to specific functions such as reception, hospitality, and promotional services. We cater to an array of sectors, including healthcare, academia, tourism, and banking. Notably, we've equipped a prominent bank in the Kingdom with six robots to enhance customer service and promotional activities. Additionally, select restaurants have embraced our solutions to elevate customer experiences.

- What are your aspirations and objectives for 2024?

In 2024, our goals extend beyond mere expansion; we aim to cultivate a culture of reliance on robotics. Technology is no longer a luxury but a necessity, capable of operating tirelessly and efficiently, ultimately saving time and effort for consumers. Moreover, we're actively engaged in developing new robotic solutions tailored to emerging sectors such as logistics and education, aligning with the objectives outlined in Saudi Vision 2030. Our vision includes offering comprehensive educational programs to empower students with robotics knowledge and skills.

- Given Proven Solution's Saudi origin, how invested are you in Saudization efforts within your technology departments?

Aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, we're committed to fostering local talent and expertise within our technology departments. The burgeoning interest among Saudis in excelling in the technology sector is encouraging, and we're proud to be at the forefront of this movement. 

Saudi engineers and developers contribute significantly to our company, and some of our flagship programs were conceived and executed by Saudi hands.
