Tabuk Celebrates 'Year of Handicrafts' with Weeklong Heritage Event
The Heritage Commission has launched its heritage week event in Tabuk. This week-long event, running daily from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Tabuk Park Mall, supports The Year of Handicrafts 2025 initiative, which promotes traditional crafts within the community.
The event offers an engaging and educational environment that highlights Saudi cultural heritage. Local artisans are provided with dedicated booths to sell their handcrafted products, and interactive workshops on heritage crafts, such as pottery and textiles, are offered to engage the younger generation. Visitors can also explore a visual display showcasing prominent handicrafts from various regions of the Kingdom.
The Year of Handicrafts 2025 initiative aims to preserve and document traditional crafts, transforming them into sustainable income sources for artisans while strengthening the community's connection to Saudi identity through events held throughout the year.
