Presidency of Religious Affairs Launches Smart Service Center to Enrich Pilgrims’ Experience at Grand Mosque

The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque launched the smart service center to unify religious services provided to pilgrims across various locations within the Grand Mosque through an integrated technological ecosystem designed to facilitate access to outreach and enrichment services and enhance visitors’ religious experience.
The launch aligns with the presidency’s efforts to utilize modern technologies and artificial intelligence to develop religious services and improve communication with pilgrims in line with the goals of digital transformation and the Pilgrim Experience Program under Saudi Vision 2030.
The center offers a range of digital and interactive services that provide pilgrims with rapid access to religious guidance, educational content, and responses to Sharia-related inquiries.
It also provides multilingual smart solutions to support communication with visitors and pilgrims of different nationalities, contributing to enriching their spiritual and intellectual experience at the Two Holy Mosques.
