“Al Majdiah” Signs Strategic Agreement with Global Firm “SOM” During “Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show” in London

Dar Al Majed Real Estate Company “Al Majdiah”, a Diamond Sponsor of the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show (SLRE), announced a strategic agreement with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), an international architecture and engineering firm. This collaboration aims to leverage global expertise to design and develop premium, luxurious real estate projects that meet high standards of architectural innovation and quality.

The agreement was signed in London, on the sidelines of Al Majdiah’s participation in the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show, where the company was represented by Muath Al-Khorayef, General Manager of the Business Sector, while SOM was represented by Thomas Behr, a founding partner.

The partnership combines SOM's vast global experience in designing iconic structures like the Burj Khalifa with Al Majdiah's development vision. Their goal is to create luxury projects that influence the urban landscape and align with the Kingdom's urbanization and quality-of-life goals of Saudi Arabia.

The agreement was signed during Al Majdiah's presence at the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show (SLRE) at The Peninsula London from August 24 to 28. The event highlighted the company's high-end projects and investment options to a top group of international investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
