The Secretary General of the Muslim World League Receives the Head of the Center for Islamic Civilization at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

His Excellency the Secretary General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, received in his office in Makkah His Excellency Dr. Firdavs Firdonovich Abdukhalikov, Head of the Center for Islamic Civilization at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, along with his accompanying delegation.
His Excellency highlighted the importance of the Center in promoting Islamic civilization, particularly in countering misconceptions and negative phenomena.
On behalf of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Director of the Center expressed his pride and appreciation for the efforts of the Muslim World League within the Islamic world and its esteemed global standing. He also praised the Secretary General’s address at the United Nations headquarters, during the first-ever international commemoration of the International Day to Combat Islamophobia, held at the invitation of the UN General Assembly, noting the speech’s effective representation of the Muslim peoples.
