AlUla Hosts Summer Camel Races

Al-Asayel racecourse in AlUla Governorate hosted a camel racing event today organized by local camel owners, featuring active participation from various owners and trainers.
 The races included multiple heats tailored for different camel age groups over varying distances, aiming to promote the sport during the summer vacation and encourage community participation.
 To preserve this sporting heritage and support the continuation of the races, camel owners expanded the number of heats and awarded prizes to the winners at the conclusion of the event.
