Al-Hada Cable Cars Draw Summer Visitors to Taif

Al-Hada cable cars have become a major summer attraction in Taif Governorate, offering visitors panoramic views of the Sarawat Mountains, valleys, and lush landscapes. Spanning 4,200 meters in each direction, the scenic 17-minute journey connects the summit of Al-Hada with Al-Kar tourist village.
 The system operates 52 cabins that hold eight passengers each, moving up to 1,000 people per hour in either direction. Popular with families and holidaymakers, the attraction benefits from its proximity to local recreational and service facilities, helping diversify tourism activities in the region.
