
KSrelief's Volunteer Medical Team Performs 11 Cochlear Implant Surgeries for Children in Tunisia
The volunteer medical team of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) performed 11 cochlear implant surgeries for children in the Republic of Tunisia, all of which were completely successful.
Speech and language rehabilitation services were provided to 11 children, and 11 educational sessions were organized for the children's families, benefiting 22 individuals.
This was carried out as part of the "Saudi Hearing" volunteer program for cochlear implants and auditory rehabilitation in Tunisia, with the participation of 10 volunteers from various medical specialties.
This effort is part of the ongoing relief, humanitarian, and volunteer work carried out by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of those in need and affected across various parts of the world.
