The Director of Hadiyah branch in Madinah, Eng. Ahmad Al-Harbi, stated that the association is committed to delivering high-quality services to visitors of the Prophet's Mosque throughout their stay in Madinah, from their arrival until their departure.

Al-Harbi further explained that worshippers register for Itikaf prayer electronically through the system, and they are issued special bracelets containing their relevant information.

Additionally, worshippers receive a variety of amenities for use during Itikaf, such as eye covers, earplugs, mattresses, pillows, and a designated bag containing these items, ensuring a comfortable experience. Moreover, private bathrooms are available for both men and women, further enhancing the quality of service provided.
