Gulf International Bank - Saudi Arabia (GIB) has been appointed strategic partner for the upcoming 2025 PIF Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers, held as part of Riyadh Season 2025, taking place from 19 to 22 November 2025 at Riyadh Golf Club. The event will again serve as the season finale of the Asian Tour’s International Series, attracting a world-class field of international and regional players.

Spanning several years, GIB’s continued partnership with the PIF Saudi International reflects the Bank’s commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives, particularly the advancement of the sports, tourism, and entertainment sectors. By sponsoring one of the region’s premier golf tournaments, GIB reinforces its role in initiatives that enhance the Kingdom’s global sporting profile and foster local talent development.

In line with its commitment to nurturing Saudi sporting excellence, GIB is also the official sponsor of Saudi professional golfer Faisal Salhab, one of five Saudi players competing in this year’s tournament. The partnership underscores the Bank’s dedication to empowering home-grown talent and supporting the continued growth of golf in the Kingdom.

Abdulaziz Al-Helaissi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Gulf International Bank, stated: “Our continued partnership with the PIF Saudi International and the sponsorship of Saudi professional golfer Faisal Salhab reflects GIB’s belief in the power of sport to inspire, connect, and drive positive impact. We are proud to contribute to Saudi Arabia’s growing success as a destination for world-class events while supporting the development of national sporting talent.”

The 2025 PIF Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers will be hosted at Riyadh Golf Club, a championship-standard course that provides a fitting stage for this prestigious event. Organised by Golf Saudi and held under the umbrella of Riyadh Season and the WOW Festival, the tournament will bring together world-class golf, live music, culinary experiences, and cultural attractions, further positioning Riyadh as a dynamic global destination for sport and entertainment. The tournament will feature leading names from the international golf circuit, with Joaquin Niemann returning as the defending champion following his 2024 victory.
