TGA Cracks Down on Illegal Foreign Trucking Between Saudi Cities

The Transport General Authority (TGA) announced a crackdown on foreign trucks illegally transporting goods between Saudi cities, confiscating several vehicles found in violation. The TGA reiterated that only Saudi trucks are permitted to transport goods between cities within Saudi Arabia.

 Foreign trucks are restricted to delivering imported goods to a designated entry city and then transporting goods back to their country of origin from that same city or along their return route, provided they have obtained a TGA permit.

 The TGA confirmed that inspections are ongoing nationwide and urged the public to report violations via social media or by calling 19929.
