KSrelief Launches Food Security Project in Burkina Faso
King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has launched a food security support project targeting the most vulnerable groups in Burkina Faso. This initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s commitment to the Lake Chad region, as pledged during the 2024 Jeddah Donors' Conference.
The project will distribute 38,900 food baskets, each weighing 40 kilograms and containing essential food items, to benefit approximately 233,400 individuals across multiple regions of Burkina Faso.
This effort is part of the humanitarian and relief initiatives provided by the Kingdom, through KSrelief, aimed at supporting various communities worldwide.
