The Digital Government Authority launches the Digital Transformation Index 2024

The Digital Government Authority has launched the Digital Transformation Index 2024, aiming to enhance the levels of commitment of government entities to decisions and orders issued for digital transformation, improve the quality of digital government services provided to beneficiaries, and contribute to enhancing the Kingdom's international leadership.

His Excellency Engineer Ahmad Al-Suwaian, the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, clarified that the Digital Transformation Index is the enabling digital tool for the transformation journey, supporting the pillars of the strategic directions of the digital government in the Kingdom, to become one of the leading countries globally in the field of digital government, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

He emphasized that the Digital Transformation Index seeks to meet the requirements of digital transformation, develop digital government, and improve the performance and effectiveness of government entities, thereby accelerating the pace of digital transformation in the Kingdom, enhancing beneficiary satisfaction, and improving the quality of life.
