Minister of Economy and Planning Participates in Global Healthspan 2025

Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Alibrahim participated today in the Global Healthspan Summit 2025, held in Riyadh.
 In his speech, Alibrahim highlighted the Kingdom's strategic investments in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, and their potential to extend healthy lifespans. He emphasized that the investments will play a key role in boosting productivity and driving economic growth in Saudi Arabia over the coming decades.
 Alibrahim also addressed the issue of the aging population, suggesting that it should be seen as an opportunity rather than a challenge. He pointed out that the demographic shift could open up a new, untapped labor market.
 Furthermore, the minister underscored the Kingdom's potential to emerge as a global leader in the longevity economy. He noted that the Kingdom's youthful population represents a significant demographic dividend, and empowering the group to fully utilize its capabilities offers a powerful opportunity for driving development and spearheading change in the country.
