KSrelief Implements Volunteer Project to Combat Blindness in Port Sudan

 King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) implemented the Saudi Noor Volunteer Program to combat blindness and eye diseases in the city of Port Sudan, Sudan, with the participation of four volunteers from various specialties. It was carried out in cooperation with the Al Basar International Foundation.
 The volunteer medical team has examined 2,240 individuals, performed 210 surgical procedures, all of which were completed successfully, and distributed 600 pairs of prescription eyeglasses.
 The project is part of the Kingdom’s ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts, implemented through KSrelief, to support the healthcare sector and alleviate suffering across Sudan.
