Tanzania Hosts International Holy Quran Competition Supported by Saudi Arabia
The 33rd edition of the Tanzania International Holy Quran Competition, supported by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, begins today. Participants from 25 countries across the globe will compete for a spot among the 10 finalists.
The countries are Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, Libya, Senegal, Canada, Kuwait, Sudan, Nigeria, UAE, Morocco, Yemen, Côte d'Ivoire, Russia, Somalia, Ethiopia, Malaysia, Jordan, Kenya, UK, US, Ghana, Egypt, Qatar, Algeria, and Uganda.
Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh expressed gratitude for the leadership's support of this initiative.
