OIC Denounces Israel's Halt of Gaza Aid
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned Israel's decision to halt humanitarian aid deliveries and close all crossings into the Gaza Strip.
The OIC stated these actions violate international humanitarian law, the Fourth Geneva Convention, and relevant UN resolutions. The organization described the blockade of Gaza as collective punishment and a crime against humanity, demanding accountability and prosecution under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
The OIC urged the international community, particularly the UN Security Council, to intervene and stop Israel's ongoing violations in the occupied Palestinian territory, while ensuring continuous, unhindered humanitarian access to all areas of the Gaza Strip.
