Huawei HCIE Rocks 2024: Empowering the Future of ICT

The event brought together industry leaders, visionaries, academicians, and certified experts to discuss the importance of skill enhancement and the significant contribution of HCIE certified experts to business success and the development of win-win cooperation between Huawei and system integrator companies in Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Simon Zou, Saudi Huawei Deputy CEO, Government & Enterprise Business, introduced Huawei’s Enablement strategies framework and initiatives to enhance the capabilities of Huawei partners and ICT academy students. He emphasized the value of HCIE certification for both individuals and partner companies, highlighting how Huawei’s ICT technology is increasingly connecting with other industries and creating new opportunities for certified experts.
Dr. Marwah Mohammad Almasri- Dean of Computing and Informatics College, SEU highlighted the partnership between Saudi Electronic University (SEU) and Huawei ICT Academy to enhance student skills in emerging technologies like 5G, AI, and Cloud Computing
Mr. Antony Qin, Vice President of Saudi Huawei Delivery & Service Business, presented Huawei’s strategy to enable Huawei partners on Huawei products, technologies, and platforms. He outlined Huawei’s commitment to providing end-to-end talent development platforms for partner companies, individuals, and students through unified cloud based learning platforms and project tool such as o3 community a tool Online, Open and Orchestration.
A distinguished gathering of guests, including Huawei management and Mr. Rawad Ayash, CEO of Redington Saudi Arabia, witnessed the launch of the ambitious "Saudi Huawei Intelligent Talent Seeding Program." This program is designed to cultivate a skilled ICT workforce by training and certifying over 2,000 HCIEs by 2030 and achieving a total of 50,000 Huawei certifications in Saudi Arabia. By addressing the growing demand for ICT professionals, this initiative will contribute significantly to digital transformation
A panel of industry and academic experts from Eng. Ali Alshehri (TVTC), Mr. Khalid M. AlShamlan, Muhammad Sheryar Khan and Mr. Rick Cheng (Huawei) shed light on the transformative power of Huawei certifications.
