KSrelief Signs Cooperation Agreement to Operate Emergency Nutritional Medical Clinics in Al-Hudaydah, Yemen
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has signed a cooperation agreement with a civil society organization to implement the ninth phase of operating emergency nutritional medical clinics for displaced persons in Al-Hudaydah Governorate, Yemen. The agreement, valued at $1.687 million, was signed on Thursday at KSrelief’s headquarters in Riyadh by Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz.
Under this project, integrated health services will be provided across Al-Hudaydah Governorate and its districts. These services include therapeutic nutrition and immunization for patients, reproductive health services, treatment and prevention of epidemic diseases, health awareness and education, injury treatment, and emergency referral systems. The initiative will also supply medications, medical solutions, laboratory supplies, and medical equipment, benefiting 472,144 individuals.
This effort reflects the Kingdom's commitment, through KSrelief, to providing humanitarian and relief aid to support displaced persons, host communities, and those affected by crises. The project emphasizes the delivery of essential health and nutritional services in Al-Hudaydah Governorate.
