KSrelief Bolsters Women's Protection, Community Development in Yemen

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) launched a project in collaboration with UN Women focused on women's protection and community development in Aden Governorate, Yemen.

 The project provides psychological, social, and legal support services, protection, case management, and assistance in issuing identification documents for displaced women, girls, and survivors of gender-based violence in Aden and Taiz governorates. It aims to directly benefit approximately 18,000 women and 126,000 indirect beneficiaries while building the capacities of 325 workers in protection centers.

 This initiative reflects the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment, through KSrelief, to empower women in Yemen and enhance their role in society.
