KSrelief Supervisor General Meets Norwegian Minister of Development, WFP Deputy Executive Director
Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, on the sidelines of the Global Partnerships Conference 2026 held in London, met with Norwegian Minister of International Development Åsmund Aukrust. The meeting discussed humanitarian and relief affairs and ways to enhance cooperation that benefits vulnerable groups worldwide.
Aukrust praised the humanitarian, relief, and volunteer efforts undertaken by Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of people in need and those affected around the world.
Al Rabeeah also met with Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the World Food Programme (WFP) Carl Skau. During the meeting, the two sides discussed joint programs in food security and ways to enhance prospects for cooperation between KSrelief and WFP in providing food assistance to affected groups around the world. Skau expressed the program’s appreciation for its positive partnership with KSrelief in delivering food assistance to its beneficiaries.
