250 Umbrellas and 436 Misting Fans Help Cool Prophet's Mosque Courtyards

The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques continues to provide a range of services to keep the Prophet's Mosque and its outdoor courtyards cool, creating a comfortable environment for worshippers and visitors throughout the day.

 These services include central air-conditioning systems, 10,000 containers of chilled Zamzam water, 27 movable domes, and 250 giant umbrellas that provide shade in the courtyards. In addition, 436 misting fans help lower temperatures and cool the air in the courtyards and designated worship areas.

 These services are part of efforts to improve service quality at the Two Holy Mosques and enable visitors to the Prophet's Mosque to worship with ease and tranquility.
