Ministry of Industry Launches Non-Profit Aircraft Manufacturers Association

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has established a non-profit aircraft manufacturers association to support the localization of the aviation industry in the Kingdom. The association aims to enhance competitiveness, facilitate technology transfer, and promote sustainable growth. This initiative reflects the ministry's commitment to empowering non-profit organizations in industrial and mining sectors, recognizing their role in economic and social development.
 Launching on International Civil Aviation Day, the association will focus on key objectives: developing local content in aircraft manufacturing, providing consultancy services, and raising awareness of investment opportunities. It will also participate in specialized exhibitions and events, offer training programs for national talent, and build partnerships with scientific institutions, universities, and research centers to foster research and innovation in the aviation industry.
 The establishment of the association underscores the ministry's efforts to empower the non-profit sector and enhance its contributions to the national economy, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
