Flexjet Redefines Private Aviation for Saudi Arabia’s Elite with Exceptional Luxury

In a world where private aviation is all about convenience, Flexjet emerges as a lifestyle curator. As Saudi Arabia experiences unprecedented growth in private aviation, Flexjet, established in 1995 and backed by Directional Aviation’s distinguished operational history in the sector, is perfectly positioned to cater to the Kingdom’s growing number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).

At the core of Flexjet’s offerings lies the iconic Gulfstream G650, a private jet renowned globally for its unrivaled performance and luxury. With a top speed of 516 knots (956 km/h), the G650 can fly from Riyadh to London in approximately six and a half hours, nearly two hours faster than a commercial flight. Its exceptional range of 12,964 km allows nonstop travel between almost any two points on the globe and can fly from Jeddah to New York non-stop.

Inside, the aircraft redefines in-flight comfort. Sixteen wide oval windows flood the multi-zone cabin with natural light, creating a calming and spacious environment. The "whisper-quiet" cabin operates at just 47 decibels, which is almost 20% quieter than the sound of a normal conversation.

The cabin’s altitude is maintained at a low 1,250 meters (4,100 feet), helping reduce fatigue and jet lag. The G650 features advanced ionization technology, circulating 100% fresh air every couple of minutes for a healthier, allergen and virus-free cabin experience, with a stand-up cabin height of 1.91 meters (6’3”), while Starlink Wi-Fi keeps travelers connected with high-speed internet.

A true marvel is the Red Label® program, which provides owners with access to the LXi Cabin Collection, featuring nearly 50 bespoke interior designs crafted by a team of world-class in-house artisans, showcasing hand-stitched leathers, exotic woods and unique configurations.

Flexjet established the Red Label® Academy near London, to serve as a school for cabin servers that emphasizes meticulous attention to detail. Graduates are trained to deliver personalized experiences and utmost luxury is then ensured by assigning dedicated flight crews to specific aircraft, ensuring that every detail aligns with the flyer’s desires.

Beyond exceptional aircraft and in-flight service, Flexjet also curates exclusive events and partnerships, from private viewings at art galleries to bespoke experiences at global sporting events. Collaborations with esteemed brands in fashion, wellness, and with luxury hospitality providers like Dorchester Collection’s, The Lana, ensure that its clients experience true luxury by offering seamless transitions from air to ground. The Lana epitomizes modern elegance with a 5-star rating, complete with 225 refined rooms and suites, world-class dining by renowned chefs, and a serene spa.

Flexjet is also fully committed to sustainability through a comprehensive program which sees the offsetting of 100% of carbon emissions for every flight, promoting the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), and investment in advanced clean aviation technologies.

Flexjet is dedicated to serving the Kingdom's ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) with a global fleet of 300 aircraft and helicopters, and more than 1,000 pilots, catering to the sophisticated tastes of Saudi Arabia's elite.

“Flexjet is perfectly placed to appeal to the UHNWI community in Saudi Arabia, with our exceptional fleet capabilities, renowned approach to personalised luxury and meticulous attention-to-detail. The Kingdom will continue to be a major focus for us in 2025”, notes Andrew Collins, CEO of Flexjet.

Flexjet's presence in the Kingdom represents more than operational expansion; it reflects a commitment to aligning with the aspirations of Saudi Arabia’s population. With a focus on redefining luxury, innovation and sustainability, Flexjet continues to set the standard in private aviation within the Kingdom and the wider region.
