NCEC Launches Environmental Reporting Service through Tawakkalna App
In line with enhancing digital transformation, the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) has launched an environmental reporting service through the Tawakkalna app to facilitate access for various groups and enhance response speed to address environmental violations.
According to a press release issued by the NCEC, the service aims to enable people to report environmental violations and practices that harm the environment, such as pollution or illegal waste disposal. This service is part of the center's efforts to raise environmental awareness and promote community participation in protecting the environment.
The center responded to over 4,200 environmental reports in the first half of 2025, most of which were related to potential violations affecting air, water, or soil quality in various regions of the Kingdom.
The center called on all citizens and residents to interact and report any environmental violations or practices that harm the environment through the Tawakkalna app or by calling the unified number 988.
