Malaysian Religious Affairs Minister Meets with Imam of Prophet's Mosque

Prophet's Mosque Imam Sheikh Dr. Salah Al-Budair was received today by Malaysian Minister of Religious Affairs Dr. Muhammad Naeem bin Mukhtar in Kuala Lumpur. This visit is part of a program for imams of the two holy mosques, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 Mukhtar praised the Kingdom's pioneering role in serving Islam and Muslims and its implementation of various advocacy programs that disseminate the tolerant teachings of Islam.

 Sheikh Al-Budair expressed his pleasure in participating in the World Quran Symposium, hosted by Malaysia, and praised the country's efforts in promoting the values of moderation and balance.
