Esports World Cup Draws Tourists from Gulf and Worldwide

The Esports World Cup, taking place in Riyadh until August 25, has attracted a significant number of guests and visitors from the Gulf region and beyond. This event, the largest of its kind in the history of gaming and esports, boasts participation from 500 clubs globally and over 1,500 players.

Amer Al Marri, a visitor from Qatar, praised the impressive and world-class organization of the tournament. He shared that he and several friends travelled from Doha specifically to experience this global event. Al Marri commended the high level of competition, brought about by the presence of the most skilled players and professional teams from around the globe. He also appreciated the vibrant competitive atmosphere and the variety of entertainment activities at the Boulevard, catering to all tastes.

Mohammed bin Mubarak, a visitor from Bahrain, shared that he and his brothers, along with many relatives, travelled to Riyadh specifically to attend the Esports World Cup, driven by their deep passion for electronic games. He praised the exceptional efforts in participant reception and the professional organization of the tournament, highlighting Riyadh's emergence as a global hub for tourism, entertainment, and sports.

Visitors explored various attractions in Riyadh Boulevard City and took tours of historic and tourist sites in Riyadh, showcasing the Kingdom's rich cultural and heritage legacy.
