Prosthetics Center in Yemen's Taiz Serves 567 Beneficiaries with Support from KSrelief

The Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Yemen’s Taiz Governorate, supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), provided medical services in June 2026 to 576 beneficiaries who had lost limbs.

 The project delivered 1,579 services, with males accounting for 57% of the beneficiaries and females 43%, while internally displaced persons and residents accounted for 15% and 85%, respectively. Services included prosthetic limb fitting, measurement, and maintenance, in addition to physical therapy and specialized consultations.

 The project is part of Saudi Arabia's humanitarian efforts, carried out through KSrelief, to support the healthcare sector and help alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
