Ministry of Islamic Affairs Bids Farewell to First Group of Guests of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program
The first group of Guests of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Umrah and Visit for the year 1446 AH, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, began departing for their home countries today after completing the Umrah rituals, visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, and touring Quba Mosque and several other holy and historical sites in Makkah and Madinah.
The first departing group comprised 29 Umrah performers, with their departure procedures smoothly facilitated at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. This was made possible by the ministry’s comprehensive system of services, supported by its various committees working around the clock to assist the guests.
The ministry announced that the departure of all guests from the program’s first batch, totaling 250 Umrah performers from 12 Asian countries, would be completed by tomorrow.
The guests expressed their gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for enabling their performance of Umrah and visit to the Prophet’s Mosque in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. They also commended the exceptional services provided, reflecting the significant support the program receives from the wise leadership.
