NCW Trains in Advanced Coral Restoration with G20’s CORDAP
The National Center for Wildlife (NCW) participated in a specialized coral reef restoration training course in Rabigh, organized by the G20’s CORDAP initiative to accelerate marine research and development.
The program combined international expertise with field applications, with a focus on reef conservation principles, technical restoration design, and advanced propagation methodologies.
Participants acquired critical skills in field assessment and data-driven monitoring to ensure the long-term sustainability of marine habitats. By developing these national competencies, NCW aims to enhance the management of marine ecosystems in alignment with the Saudi Green Initiative and Vision 2030, fostering a resilient environment through science-based conservation practices.
