Nama’ Accelerators by Cultural Fund Earn International AAP Accreditation from GInI

The Cultural Development Fund announced that Nama’ Accelerators have obtained the international Accredited Accelerator Program (AAP) certification at the “Advanced” level from the Global Innovation Institute (GInI). This international recognition is awarded to business accelerators for the efficiency of their design and operation in accordance with the highest global standards.

This accreditation reflects the excellence of Nama’ Accelerators, which were launched by the fund last year in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and the Quality of Life Program. It highlights the supportive environment they provide to cultural enterprises through mentorship, business acceleration, and innovation, aiming to enable their growth and transform the Kingdom’s artisanal heritage into sustainable economic projects.

In its first track focused on handicrafts, Nama’ Accelerators witnessed strong demand, receiving more than 190 applicants, of whom 40 enterprises qualified to participate, representing seven geographical regions and six craft sectors.

The accelerator delivered an intensive journey exceeding 80 training hours, including specialized mentoring sessions, workshops, and modern craft techniques, aimed at supporting creativity and advancing enterprises toward broader horizons of growth and sustainability.
