The second edition of the Umrah and Ziyarah Forum, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program from April 14 to 16, concluded yesterday with strong local and international participation.
A total of 4,251 collaboration agreements were signed during the forum—an increase of more than 25% compared to the previous edition—underscoring its role as a key catalyst in enhancing the quality of services provided to pilgrims.
The forum brought together 150 exhibitors from 100 countries, representing government entities, service providers, and non-profit organizations. It also featured a series of dialogue sessions and workshops that addressed key challenges and explored opportunities to advance and enrich the Umrah and visitor experience.
As part of the forum’s program, 20 field visits were organized for participating delegations, offering them the chance to explore significant historical sites across Madinah.
