WAMY Launches Surgical Medical Caravan in Nigeria

The surgical medical caravan implemented by the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) has commenced in Kebbi State in northwestern Nigeria, in response to an invitation received by the assembly from the state's governor and as part of its health and humanitarian programs aimed at providing medical services to the most underprivileged groups.
 The caravan aims to perform 300 specialized surgical procedures and provide free medications to about 1,500 patients from disadvantaged groups.
 A medical team of 15 doctors and specialists, all Saudi volunteers, is participating in the caravan and providing specialized medical care to beneficiaries.
