The Real Estate Future Forum 2026 to Take Place in Riyadh with KAFD as Platinum Sponsor
The Fifth Real Estate Future Forum 2026 will be held in Riyadh from 26 to 28 January 2026, under the patronage of H.E. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, bringing together more than 300 local and international speakers and participants from over 140 countries under the theme “Expanding Horizons, Thriving Real Estate.”
The forum will be supported by a number of leading national and international partners, including King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), which is participating as a Platinum Sponsor.
The Fifth Real Estate Future Forum takes place at a time when Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is undergoing significant transformation, driven by strong policy reform, large-scale development programs, and growing domestic and international investment. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, forums, and workshops, the forum will explore the sector’s evolving role in supporting national development and economic diversification.
Key topics will include real estate market trends, smart and innovative development models, urban growth and sustainability, and the use of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies across the sector. The program will also examine financing solutions and their role in accelerating growth, alongside the Kingdom’s evolving regulatory environment, which continues to support high-quality local and foreign investment.
The forum will also address the updated Non-Saudi Real Estate Ownership Law, issued in July 2025 and entering into force in January 2026, coinciding with the event. In parallel, the forum will provide a platform for participating entities to sign agreements and memoranda of understanding, supporting collaboration and partnerships across the real estate ecosystem.
As a Platinum Sponsor, KAFD’s participation reflects its role as one of the Kingdom’s leading mixed-use business and lifestyle districts, offering world-class office space, premium residences, retail, and hospitality, and hosting major national and international events. Strategically located in north Riyadh and spanning 1.6 million square meters, KAFD comprises more than 95 buildings and is home to key national institutions including the Capital Market Authority and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), as well as regional headquarters of global companies and leading financial and professional services firms.
