Buraidah's King Fahd Mosque -- 130-year-old Architectural Masterpiece

First built in 1313 AH by the people of Buraidah, the mosque holds the distinction of being one of the city's first mosques. Throughout its history, it has been renovated several times, notably under the patronage of King Abdulaziz Al-Saud 1359 AH, King Saud 1376 AH, and a significant expansion during the reign of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud 1416 AH. It can now accommodate nearly 7,000 worshippers.
