Guest Care Centers at the Two Holy Mosques Provide Integrated 24-Hour Services for Pilgrims

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque continues to provide services through the operation of two main guest care centers and 19 subsidiary centers across the two holy mosques. These centers operate as an integrated system designed to meet the needs of worshippers and provide a smooth, safe experience that reflects the care of the Kingdom’s leadership for pilgrims.

The centers place special emphasis on priority groups, offering dedicated services for persons with disabilities and the elderly, in addition to receiving and caring for lost children through organized procedures that ensure their safety and reassurance until they are reunited with their families.

The services also include luggage storage for visitors, which enhances the smooth flow of movement within the two holy mosques and helps reduce congestion. In addition, modern communication channels are provided to enable guests to access services easily and quickly.

The authority has also enabled visitors to locate these centers through QR codes, making it easy to identify their locations and access the services they offer.
