Forty Medical Delegations Visit Hospitals in Makkah and Holy Sites to Review Readiness

The Ministry of Health on Monday evening held its annual meeting for international medical offices for pilgrims, following the acquisition of necessary requirements and regulatory licenses to serve their pilgrims.
Prior to the meeting, a tour of hospitals in Makkah and the holy sites was organized by the health authorities. During the tour, the readiness of various health facilities and sites was reviewed by the medical delegations.
The meeting witnessed the honoring of the heads of international medical offices for pilgrims, numbering around 40 individuals from various Islamic countries.
The meeting is considered an expression of gratitude to the missions for their fruitful cooperation in achieving the objectives sought by the leadership and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to facilitate Hajj rituals amid a healthy and safe environment, free from diseases and epidemics.
The representative of the heads of medical offices for pilgrims of Egypt praised the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and recalled the words of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, “These are delegations of Allah, so they have to be served excellently,” thanking the missions for their efforts.
The heads of missions also expressed their admiration for the preparations made by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to provide high-level healthcare for the guests of Allah, the pilgrims of the Holy Kaaba.
