OIC Condemns Israeli Bombing of Gaza Hospital, Warns of Humanitarian Disaster

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) issued a statement today strongly condemning the Israeli occupation's bombing of the Baptist Hospital in the Gaza Strip. The OIC described the bombing as a war crime and a flagrant violation of international law and international humanitarian law, warning of the imminent collapse of Gaza's health sector due to the targeting of hospitals, power outages, and shortages of essential medical supplies and fuel, which threatens a humanitarian disaster.
 The organization reiterated its urgent appeal to the international community, particularly the Security Council, to enforce an immediate ceasefire and ensure the delivery of vital medical, relief, humanitarian aid, and basic necessities to the Gaza Strip.
